March? Already??

The year is just winging by. I feel like I only blinked yesterday and it was the beginning. So much has happened and I don't even know where to begin telling you what is going on.

So far this year, I have been both productive and not so productive. Revenge on Cupid is complete but not yet edited. I got stuck on one concept and not sure if it works. I may have to just send it out to my Beta Readers for their thoughts...

Miss Elspeth's Desire is a slow plod - I realised that the last 10K needs overhauling as I have the geography wrong (I'm just so pleased I did this in the days of computers! Imagine having to re-write 30+ pages from scratch!!!) But its now well over the 40K mark. Another 40K should see it finished - at least in rough draft.

As I type, we have a new addition to the Nix household. Young Cocoa, the curious kitten joined us yesterday and is currently sleeping soundly (thank heavens) as he's a bundle of energy when he's awake. (But he's also really cute!)

He was abandoned with his litter mates outside a house and the local animal inspector picked him up. When he visited the office where my oldest girl works. She rang to ask... and while we didn't really need another pet... Well, needless to say he's already spoilt. So off to the vet yesterday for shots, microchip, worming etc.

On a bright note, I've seen the mock ups for the last two Reunion books. Unfortunately I can't currently share the image. But trust me... They are fabulous!
